Meet the Candidates Night, October 22 at 6:30 pm in the Ballroom!
I have been a proud resident of the Four Seasons Community for just over three years. I genuinely love living here. In that time, I’ve built close, lifelong friendships and stayed actively involved in community life, serving on the CAL Tech, Finance, and Cell Tower Ad Hoc Committees. I have great respect for the many committee volunteers who give their time freely to serve our community and help make Four Seasons the beautiful environment it is.
I was born in Montana into a seventh-generation family—the kind you might see portrayed in
Yellowstone. From that heritage, I carry a deep sense of integrity, fairness, and justice, along
with the strength to stand up for what is right. I’ve passed those values on to my three incredible children and, I hope, to my beautiful granddaughter. Family is everything to me, and Four Seasons is part of that family. I treasure this special place, and caring for it has always come naturally to me, especially when it comes to financial health, given my professional background.
Professionally, my career began in research science before transitioning into accounting, where I have served as a controller for small technology companies for nearly 40 years. I am well-versed in all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation. I’ve applied these skills here at Four Seasons, identifying billing errors that resulted in a $22,000 credit from our irrigation company due to double-billing. This was particularly appreciated by condo owners who pay two sets of HOA dues. That experience made me more aware of how Board actions, such as approving incorrect bills, can directly impact the residents.
I have also used my ability to interpret general ledgers to uncover inaccuracies in the financial statements issued to the community. Specifically, the reported balances reflected more money than was actually in the bank accounts. My skills have helped clarify financial records for the community, bringing greater financial transparency to our residents.
I am also a strong believer in following the law, respecting rules, and ensuring accountability—and at Four Seasons, that has meant being familiar with our governing documents, amendments, and resolutions. Earlier in my life, I was a victim of a $200 million Ponzi scheme. Rather than remain silent, I worked alongside fellow victims to recover funds— including my own—and to hold the perpetrators accountable. As a result of these efforts, two of the fraudsters were sent to jail.
That 12-year effort gave me substantial legal and advocacy experience, which I have brought to Four Seasons. By applying that knowledge, I successfully obtained Judiciary Committee rulings interpreting our governing documents, which clarified that residents have the right to vote on critical matters—such as whether to build a cell tower on Association property and whether to remove the night guard.
I have always listened to the voices of our community and have stood up for the wishes of our
residents. If you would like to know more about me, please visit my website at

always willing to listen to a fellow Four Seasons resident.
